Bookkeeper / Accountant VA for Amazon FBA

Roles & Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for bookkeeping/accounting tasks for the company’s various Amazon brand accounts
• Analysis of Financial Reports
• Budgeting
• Financial Reporting
  • Profit and Loss Statements
  • Balance Sheet
• Collaborate with other team members to develop SOPs and accounting processes of the business
• Monitor, manage, and track inventory levels
• Other accounting and administrative tasks as requested

Skills Required

• Amazon FBA experience is a PLUS
• Accounting experience integrated with Amazon is preferred
• Proficient with Google Sheets and other related software
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
• A team player who contributes ideas and works well with others
• Ability to perform tasks efficiently and with strong attention to detail
• Strong financial reporting and bookkeeping experience.

We are Shadstone, an IT marketing agency in Asia ran by Mike Michelini and an American in Asia for over 10 years. We have about 20 people mainly in Philippines, Vietnam, India, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Canada. We are totally working online, with flexible hours and using Slack and other Project management tools to keep things running smoothly.
