Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand and stay updated on the AI landscape and developments.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement relevant SaaS solutions while staying up to date with industry trends.
• Research, stay updated on AI news and tools, recommend their implementation to different teams, and assist in onboarding, testing, and creating SOPs for effective utilization of AI tools.
• Advise and guide the team on AI strategies and modalities.
• Scan the horizon for AI opportunities and advancements.
• Provide AI expertise and advice to different departments within the company.
• Promote AI adoption and training throughout the organization.
• Identify and implement AI tools to improve various areas of the business.
• Helps the team to leverage AI for specific tasks and objectives.
• Drive the company’s alignment with a massive transformative purpose
• Leverage unique assets, data, and processes as technology evolves.
• Other related tasks in support of business operations.

Skills Required

• Prior experience and proficiency in using ChatGPT and prompts for effective utilization of AI tools.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.

About the Company

We are Shadstone, an IT marketing agency in Asia run by Mike Michelini and an American in Asia for over 10 years. We have about 20 people mainly in Philippines, Vietnam, India, Hong kong, Thailand, and Canada. We are totally working online, with flexible hours and using Slack and other Project management tools to keep things running smoothly.
