Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing heads and team to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Content Creation: Ensure task creation and output follow up of the creation of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and textual content, to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create image content when needed.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of content creators, providing guidance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, consistent content.
• Campaign Execution: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate content into marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and search engine rankings. Not a must but preferred.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor content performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to measure the success of content marketing efforts.
• Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content to various channels.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform content strategies.

About the Company

We are Shadstone, a community of freelancers based in different parts of the world. We have about 20 people mainly in the Philippines, Vietnam, India, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Canada. We are totally working online, with flexible hours, and using Slack and other Project management tools to keep things running smoothly.
