Roles & Responsibilities
- Following our emails inbound for new and current client requests.
- Moderating Helpscout, Telegram and Discord channels with standard replies as well as removing spammers.
- Assist in coordinating of the NFT issued
- Updating order spreadsheets and other client documents such as chargeback dispute files.
- Creating and Maintaining Client services SOP
- Working with others on the team to maximize coordination and communication.
- End to end process for Ambassador submissions/applications.
- Validate and update email list and scripts.
- Ensure that newsletters or announcements are sent out as scheduled.
- Analyzing data to check for errors and inaccuracies across the tracking sheets, order platforms, and communication channels.
- Follow up for pending payments and coordinate with the person responsible for payment disputes/verification.
- Establish steps to have a smoother and more efficient process.
