Roles & Responsibilities

Email Management:

  • Inbox management, sorting, and prioritizing emails
  • Responding to emails on behalf of the client
  • Drafting, formatting and sending emails
  • Scheduling and organizing emails
  • Email list management
  • Assigning emails to the CEO and appropriate team members
  • Following up on pending/ long overdue assigned emails to the team

Social Media Marketing:

  • Creating and managing social media profiles
  • Developing and implementing social media strategy
  • Posting, scheduling, and publishing content
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest and implement content optimization
  • Engaging with followers, including influencers in all social media platforms via messages and comments daily
  • Analyzing and reporting on social media metrics
  • Keeping up-to-date with social media trends and updates
  • Maintain a spreadsheet of social media engagement efforts with daily KPI reports
  • Boosting reach and engagements in all social media platforms
  • Update and Optimize posts on all social media platforms
  • Influencer outreach

General Administrative Tasks:

  • Data entry and management
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Performing research
  • Managing projects and deadlines
  • Other admin tasks as requested

Skills Required

  • Experience in managing and organizing large amounts of email correspondence.
  • Ability to triage and prioritize email, determine what requires immediate attention and what can be deferred.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Ability to create and manage social media campaigns.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics tools.
  • Experience in developing and executing a content calendar.
  • Excellent in communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

We have about 20 people mainly in Philippines, Vietnam, India, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Canada. We are totally working online, with flexible hours and using Slack and other Project management tools to keep things running smoothly.
