Description
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building meaningful relationships with potential and existing clients, and identifying strategic opportunities in emerging markets. You’ll take ownership of the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing deals—while collaborating across departments to ensure that sales initiatives align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement targeted sales plans designed to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, especially in high-growth and emerging markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships to foster trust, increase customer retention, and drive repeat business.
- Deal Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales contracts that deliver value for both the company and the client.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Performance Tracking: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to assess progress and inform decisions.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and management teams to align sales efforts with broader company objectives.
- Lead Management Tools: Utilize platforms and tools for lead generation, client tracking, and CRM optimization.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: 3–5 years of proven sales experience, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership Skills: At least 2 years in a sales leadership or managerial role, with experience guiding teams and improving performance.
- Client Engagement: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to connect with clients across diverse industries and regions.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data, conducting market research, and refining strategies.
- Independence & Drive: Self-motivated with a proactive, goal-oriented approach; able to work independently while managing a sales pipeline.
- Technical Fluency: Experience using CRM systems, sales prospecting tools, and digital platforms for outreach and client engagement.

- Storytelling & Presentation: Ability to craft compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Digital Savvy: Familiarity with using social media and digital tools for lead generation and brand promotion.
