Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Specialist to join our amazing online team!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Creating, managing and overseeing social media posts for the company and its projects
• Posting regularly on various social media
• Creating content schedule and strategies for various company social properties and making SOPs for the said strategies
• Maintain a spreadsheet of social media engagement efforts with daily KPI reports
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest and implement content optimization
• Engaging with people, including influencers in all social media platforms via messages and comments daily
• Creating a database of influencers relevant to the projects of the company and engaging with these influencers to foster a collaboration or partnership.
• Boosting reach and engagements in all Social Media platforms
• Update and Optimize posts on all Social Media platforms
• A variety of general virtual assistant and administration tasks
• Client services tasks
• Assisting with reports and data entry

Skills Required

• Excellent in communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects
• Comfortable working on short form and long form content
• Proactively manage time and deadlines
• Client relationship builder

About the Company

We are Shadstone, an IT marketing agency in Asia ran by Mike Michelini and an American in Asia for over 10 years. We have about 20 people mainly in Philippines, Vietnam, India, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Canada. We are totally working online, with flexible hours and using Slack and other Project management tools to keep things running smoothly.
